i had one of the best sleep in my life! i slept 15 hours straight since yesterday afternoon and only woke up this morning for school :D i never even had dinner.PHOTOS COURTESY OF JOLENE - except for the Standalone guy, heh.
i was so deep in sleep, i wasnt aware of any movement/sound in the room or anywhere else. not even when my family left for my auntie's place. when my mama woke me up this morning i just felt like i was fvckn hibernating, like time disoriented - but i know its time for food. >;D
walked around the house, and my sister said 'good morning' to me while adjusting her uniform then i realised i've class today. and so as usual my dadd prepared breakfast for me, a big plate of instant noodle, banana milk shake + 1 banana - all to make it up for last night dinner.
eagerly waited for the results after 2.30pm yesterday,
no news of it even till this afternoon.
i thought we've lost the competition for good. . .
bernard even reminded us not to wear the CodeXtreme t-shirt tmr, as to not spite Cliff of our defeat :(
went home and lived my 'homie' life, playing PSP and Cabal at the same time, surfing HWZ in between loading time. killing some time before dinner. then Bernard suddenly called me, thinking that he's gonna rush me for DB's assignement i picked up the phone like 'ya what?' lol. i was wrong, he told me our team got into the finals and asked to check my email regarding the confirmation.

for me, it is really 'omg'. really unexpected because it is stated that there are 90 groups competing. and they select only 10%.
i say this victory is all thanks to Cliff, together with his strategy and spending days to come up with the Google API giving us the competitive winning edge, and keep asking to meet us up ( & 'i put his pigeon' for one of the meetup ) and giving us practice since the announce of the competition.
i lost the motivation to blog after i failed my driving test. sad.
after many weeks of dragging my decisions on and off, i've finally decided to put in some effort and go on with the 24HR CodeXtreme competition. ( or actually, its too late to quit anyway )
being in the Open Category means i'm expecting to see many different kinds of participants, besides competitors from other tertiary level, i am also expecting to see a lot of 'lao-jiao' aka 'old-bird'.
& of course we already have a target in mind, or, a enemy. which is . . .
i'll try to take some pictures there with my 'so yesterday' 2MP camera (HTC Touch).
i heard sony ericsson already came up with 8.1MP camera ._. its a 6.1MP difference.prayers are answered!oh i dont pray, doh. anyways, Diablo 3 is confirmed to be released! thou' date of release is not revealed. gotta assemble a new desktop for this lovely game.

i was sort of expecting, 'Sorry, better luck next year!' or similar kind of email considering that our team arrived late for the presentation AND taking quite a while to set-up leaving a bad impression on the 10 over judges.
i never thought we'll be late that day.
presentation was at 12.30 - we met up at 9am +
because Bernard couldnt decide what ramen to have for lunch ;
"can i have the volcano ramen?"
"oh, wait! volcano ramen very spicy eh."
*after a long while*
"i gonna have the waitress for lunch! *rips off her apron* chompchompchomp! "
and for some reason, the ah-thiong waitress messed up our orders, getting frustrated ;

"okay! cancel everything!"
and we re-ordered ._.
i want to win this quite bad eh. prize money $3k - so attractive! :D:D
